PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $104,000.00-$126,900.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $80,800.00 - $150,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.BENEFITS

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.
IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE
As a Sr. Product Analyst at BECU, you’ll dive deep into data, uncover trends, track campaigns and deliver insights that shape deposit strategy and enhance the member journey. You’ll collaborate across teams to inform deposit product design, pricing, and performance, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of our members. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate key metrics like profitability, member adoption, and retention to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Deliver Strategic Insights: Use data to guide pricing strategies and product enhancements that improve member satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay ahead of trends by analyzing competitor offerings and industry benchmarks to keep BECU’s products competitive.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, marketing, and finance to align strategy and ensure seamless product delivery.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards, prioritizing member-first practices.
- Implement Innovative Tools: Leverage tools like Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and Python to enhance your analysis and reporting.
- Own Your Work: Manage your day-to-day responsibilities independently while contributing to team and organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics—or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product-related analysis with presentation and project management experience with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience working in a financial institution
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS preferred.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
