- Execute Complex Technology Initiatives: Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale technology programs, including modernizing legacy platforms, integrating third-party solutions, and delivering new capabilities for members.
- Apply Lending & Mortgage Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of mortgage and lending platforms to lead the design and delivery of solutions supporting origination, servicing, automation, and compliance.
- Architect and Build Modern Systems: Provide technical leadership in designing APIs, cloud-native services, and integration architectures that are modular, efficient, and aligned with best practices in modern engineering.
- Advance DevOps & CI/CD Capabilities: Champion modern engineering practices including infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
