PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $107,600-$131,600 annually. The full Pay Range is $83,500-$155,600 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. SUMMARY The Product Manager – Debit Cards is responsible for participating in the successful development, execution and analysis of debit card related strategies, initiatives and planning. This role will analyze industry trends, evaluate competitive positioning, and utilize data analytics to help create strategies to increase debit card acquisition and usage. RESPONSIBILITIES
