PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $104,000.00-$126,900.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $80,800.00 - $150,200.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.BENEFITS

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
As BECU’s Product Operations Manager – Credit Card, you’ll directly influence how our members experience our consumer and business credit card products every day. Your leadership will strengthen operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and help create solutions that not only meet regulatory requirements but also elevate the member journey. By working cross-functionally, you’ll play a vital role in making sure our credit card products are managed with excellence, transparency, and innovation—driving both trust and impact for the members and communities we serve.
To join our dynamic team in this role, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, SC or GA. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance to our Tukwila Headquarters (TFC), we encourage you come into the office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays each week. For those candidates that live outside the commutable distance to TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be primarily remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead Operational Projects: Guide and oversee initiatives, ensuring testing and validation are complete before implementation to safeguard members and operations.
Own Compliance Oversight: Manage assigned product-related compliance rules and regulations with diligence and accuracy.
Communicate and Influence: Prepare clear, engaging presentations to update key partners on existing policies, member access limits, and solutions for upcoming changes.
Coordinate for Success: Share updates on known issues, process changes, or impacts to daily operations, ensuring compliance and alignment across teams.
Bridge Business and Technology: Collaborate with Product Technology liaisons to create effective solutions for policy or procedural changes requiring technical updates.
Document and Train: Ensure policies and procedures are well-documented and the Product Operations team is cross-trained to provide seamless support.
Stay a Step Ahead: Maintain functional knowledge of all assigned products and compliance regulations—including BECU’s Account Agreement and Disclosures—using your expertise to strengthen policies and procedures.
Contribute Broadly: Take on additional duties as needed, bringing your expertise and problem-solving mindset to new challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience within the financial services industry working with consumer and/or business segments in support of credit card products.
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced degree.
Experience with credit card operations, processing systems, and/or vendor management.
Knowledge of BECU member-facing systems and processes (e.g., QuickAssist, Pega Gateway, InfoPoint, etc.)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience using Microsoft’s suite of products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Effective analytical, testing, troubleshooting, organizational, and project management skills.
Proven ability to self-motivate while demonstrating sound judgement in decision making.
Effective leadership, time management, delegation and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate information to management, staff and vendors in a professional and collaborative manner.
