IMPLEMENTATION AND DELIVERY MANAGER - MORTGAGE SUPPORT

PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $94,500.00-$115,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $73,400.00 - $136,600.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:

As an Implementation & Delivery Manager, you’ll serve as a key driver of strategic leadership and innovation, coordinating and executing impactful projects within the Mortgage Support Department. Your expertise in business process improvement and project delivery will enable you to streamline operations, enhance member experiences, and align initiatives with BECU’s mission of empowering financial well-being. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and make a lasting difference in how we serve our members and achieve our goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead Strategic Projects: Provide visionary leadership for high-impact projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable value.
  • Streamline Business Processes: Analyze, refine, and eliminate inefficiencies in existing workflows to enhance operational effectiveness and member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, manage resources, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Enhance Member Experience: Implement process improvements and system enhancements that directly benefit members and support BECU’s mission.
  • Drive Operational Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of your division’s annual operating plan and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Foster Innovation: Utilize emerging technologies and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges.
  • Sustain Long-Term Success: Develop strategies to ensure post-project sustainability and continued improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or equivalent work or educational experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project implementation required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial institutions operations is required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Mortgage Lending Processing highly preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management or Business Process Improvement/lean preferred.
  • Experience delivering business process improvement strategies preferred.
