PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $21.78-$26.63 hourly. The full Pay Range is $21.65-$31.44 hourly. hourly.

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
As a part-time Concierge at BECU, you’ll be the first friendly face members see, setting the tone for their experience. You’ll skillfully guide members through their financial journey by connecting them to the right resources, services, and solutions. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for helping others will ensure members feel supported and valued from the moment they walk through the door.
Travel Expectations:
- Training will take place at our Tukwila Financial Center as well as our Smokey Point Neighborhood Financial Center
- Reliable transportation and commitment/ability to travel to Tukwila and Smokey Point is required
Training Schedule:
- 3-4 weeks, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- Variable shifts between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Post-Training Schedule:
After training, our part-time Concierge will be scheduled an average of 24 hours a week during any of the branch operating hours. These hours are subject to change due to business need:
This position follows a biweekly rotating schedule. You'll work three days one week and three different days the next. The pattern repeats every two weeks.
Week One:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM
Week Two:
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Welcome Members with Warmth: Greet every member with prompt, courteous, and professional service, creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Streamline Branch Traffic: Actively manage member flow by connecting them to the appropriate team members for their needs.
Coordinate Appointments: Schedule and track appointments for location staff to ensure seamless member service.
Maintain a Member-Friendly Environment: Keep member areas clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring a functional and inviting space.
Empower Members with Tools: Demonstrate and educate members on BECU’s suite of remote services and access tools, enhancing their financial independence.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or associated certification (GED).
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales oriented, financial or retail customer service environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum one year of sales experience in a financial retail environment.
Proficient PC skills and the ability to learn new software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions.
Ability to work a shifting/variable schedule, including Saturday's.
Capacity to sit or stand for periods of up to one hour or more.
