PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $50,200-$61,300 annually. The full Pay Range is $39,000-$72,600 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. SUMMARY The Sr Mortgage Advisor is responsible for meeting with members in person and through brokers to sell mortgage loan packages within their assigned territory, which will be expansion markets for BECU. The Sr Mortgage Advisor originates sales by contacting prospective members, developing and maintaining referral sources and acting as the first point of contact for products and services. This role focuses on creating and deepening both mortgage sourcing relationships and member relationships. The Sr Mortgage Advisor handles the most complex mortgage products and scenarios and increases overall benefit to BECU by creating cross-referrals to other BECU business lines. RESPONSIBILITIES
