PAY RANGEThe Target Pay Range for this position is $130,200-$159,200 annually. The full Pay Range is $101,100-$188,300 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

The Sales Compensation Consultant provides consultative expertise, guidance, and analysis to Business Stakeholders to help meet their business objectives through sales compensation design and execution. The incumbent will proactively partner with Business Leaders and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to identify and address sales compensation opportunities and challenges. The Sales Compensation Consultant is primarily responsible for developing and administering sales compensation programs that align with the Total Rewards Strategy to attract, motivate, and retain a competent and diverse workforce.
