PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $35.38-$43.22 hourly. The full Pay Range is $27.50-$51.11 hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. SUMMARY The Loss Management Lead is responsible for leading the Loss Management Specialist team by collecting and analyzing production reports and data, monitoring operational metrics, and managing the loss management pipeline. This role is responsible for ensuring the Loss Management Specialists are aware of team service level standards, loss management policy and guidelines, and generating associated team level production performance data. The Loss Management Lead ensures that all processes are performed in an accurate, professional, and efficient manner to ensure a high level of quality services are being provided to the membership.
