PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $183,200-$224,000 annually. The full Pay Range is $142,600-$264,700 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. SUMMARY The Director, Finance Business Partner is responsible for providing finance leadership support and services to the assigned Credit Unions business units. This role will act as a business partner to their business unit, senior leaders and management on all Finance related activities as well as leading the financial analysis of strategic and tactical plans for assigned areas. The Finance Business Partner will provide targeted strategic insights to leaders, playing a key role in business planning, solutions and strategy in support of achieving business unit objectives and goals. Working with the business unit or leaders, the Finance Business Partner supports the development of strategic recommendations based on a broad analysis of operational performance, industry dynamics, macro-economic trends and the competitor landscape. In particular, this role supports several front office business lines in the Operations division that have a full P&L along with a functional area that provides support across multiple business lines.
